This antique French ottoman has several interesting details. The base is crafted of oak in a barley twist style with four twist legs joined at the sides and center with coordinating supports. The top of this piece is upholstered with an embroidered fabric featuring what appears to be a pattern of green foliage, wrapped with a nailhead trim along the sides. The tones in the fabric are greens, yellows, browns and grays, and there is considerable wear at the corners. This piece can easily be updated or left as is. We believe the finish on the wood to be original.

Measures: 21.5" W x 21" D x 19" H. Top measures: 21" square. Please see all images for details of the condition. Structurally, the piece is sturdy and stable. Most of the wear is simply cosmetic in nature.
